However, there are many who cannot set a limit to how much comfort is enough or are too lazy that most of the time they can be found lying down and relaxing and suddenly the time comes when they are obese and have to lose weight. These people gain weight gradually over several years but they want to lose all those weights in a short span of time which is very difficult. Suddenly they realize that they have become over weight and they suddenly become desperate to lose weight. Firstly, we should consult a doctor and have the necessary check up just to make sure that we wont have any kind of medical problem since these problems can limit some types of exercise program. we should set attainable goals. If we have not been exercising all our life then rushing into it is not advisable. We should take small steps and progress should be done gradually over a period of time. We should always try to avoid severe pain as these pains can cause injury and ultimately we would have to discontinue the program.
